Position Summary

The Event Coordinator is responsible for the organization, management, and execution of all internal and external events related to the Sales functional area. The main objective of this role is to serve as the project manager for Evolve IP’s direct and channel events (i.e. prospecting events, trade shows, partner events, online training and webinars), ensuring events are executed on-time, within budget and support defined business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • End-to-end creation and management of project plans for various internal/external events
  • Negotiate and book event space
  • Schedule and coordinate internal stakeholders, communicating tasks, milestones and outcomes
  • Assist with managing on site production and clean up
  • Ordering food, beverage, décor, equipment and other materials needed to support events
  • Manage inventory and shipment of event-related materials including but not limited to SWAG, collateral, and tradeshow equipment
  • Maintain a Master Schedule of Evolve IP sales-related events
  • Ensure invoices are approved and submitted in a timely manner
  • Market to participants (pre and post show)
  • Event lead list management
  • Follow-up on event participants with Technology Advisors (Sales)
  • Report on event KPIs
  • Refine the Events Method of Procedure (MOP) as needed to continuously improve ROI
