Salary Range :0 To 35000 (USD) Annually

The NSOC Technician acts as a liaison for Evolve IP customers in the Veterinary space. This position is responsible for handling customer inquiries and works to resolve any issues.  The NSOC Technician also serves as the first line of defense for Evolve IP and performs internal and external escalations when necessary and appropriate.



  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1 – 2 years industry experience
  • Solid written and oral communication skills
  • High level EQ
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work directly with internal staff and customers
  • Able to multitask
  • Basic software troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with remote management tools
  • Ticketing systems experience
  • Basic computer hardware repair/replacement skills
  • MS Office experience


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer support line
  • Reply to incoming email
  • Troubleshoot Level 1 issues
  • Support internal and external customer issues
  • Respond to system alarms
  • Onsite work
