Evolve IP holds itself to very high standards, and in order to live up to those standards we regularly review several key aspects of the business to ensure that we are meeting or exceeding our expectations. The Quality Assurance Analyst plays a key role in these activities by auditing the processes and communications of various Functional Areas throughout the company. From listening to Customer Support Center calls to reviewing key components of our customer implementation process, the Quality Assurance Analyst gathers the information, evaluates and scores what was collected, and then reports back to the Functional Area managers with detail on where they are achieving their highest levels of success while also highlighting some opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications and Required Skills
The role of Quality Assurance Analyst requires someone who is detail oriented, possesses excellent time management skills, and can juggle multiple projects at once. We are looking for someone with strong people skills, a desire to work in a fast-paced environment within the technology sector, and who has the ability to prioritize work to ensure that all timeframes are met. The candidate should also have some level of proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.). Prior experience in in a Customer Service-related role is a plus, however we are also interested in speaking with people who are just starting out in their careers and are looking to gain a wealth of knowledge about the day-to-day activities of one of the thought leaders in the Cloud Services industry.
