Mondago Retired – Introducing CX Integration & CX Analytics Powered by Akixi

As part of the ongoing alignment with Akixi, the Mondago brand has now been retired. Moving forward, our integration and analytics solutions will be delivered and communicated under the Akixi identity, with refreshed naming and positioning: 

• CX Integration 
  Previously delivered under the Mondago brand with Go Cara, CX Integration brings together powerful communication tools into a single seamless experience. By integrating telephony with over 500+ CRM and business applications, businesses can streamline workflows, boost productivity, and deliver faster, more personalised customer interactions. 
  
  
• CX Analytics 
  Previously referred to as Business Insights, CX Analytics provides the intelligence businesses need to make better decisions. Most importantly, there are no changes to product features, service, or support -only the branding has changed. This evolution ensures a stronger, unified identity under Akixi while continuing to deliver the trusted functionality our partners rely on for the customers.
