This page has been created to clarify recent developments regarding the formation of XTIUM, a new entity established to represent the US portion of our business and to create a solid foundation for the direct business with Evolve IP. 

Please read our official company statement for further information 

XTIUM is the newly formed entity that now represents the US operations  and the direct business of Evolve IP. It is the combination of ATSG and the direct Evolve IP business. It is focused on serving customers and the agent channel model businesses.

No, there is no change to the business structure, operations, or leadership for e the global white label business. Everything continues as normal. Changes to leadership titles were outlined in a press release on Feb 11 – Read More Below 👇

Not for EMEA reselling partners and partners of the Evolve IP global white label business. Your existing contracts and commercial arrangements remain fully valid and unchanged.  
No action is required on your part if you operate as a reselling partnerwith Evolve IP. This update is for awareness only. 
No. Your current account manager, solution consultant and support contacts remain exactly the same. There are no changes in personnel for reselling partners. 
No. XTIUM is only applicable to the direct business and the agent channel business of Evolve IP. There are no current or planned changes to branding or structure for the global white label business of Evolve IP.  
Not at all. Product availability, pricing structures, support channels, and delivery timelines remain consistent and unaffected. 

The formation of XTIUM allows the business to better focus on its specific market dynamics and growth opportunities. The new company provides the team and customers with clarity as to who they are doing business with.  It’s a strategic move with no impact on our international operations for Evolve IP's global white label business.
